ITSOFT SOLUTIONS began in 2021 with a focus on helping businesses use technology in a more practical way.
What started with web and digital projects developed into something broader as we worked with businesses facing increasingly complex requirements. We expanded our capabilities into custom software, operational platforms and systems designed around specific business processes.
As the company grew, so did our ambition.
Today, ITSOFT SOLUTIONS operates with a presence across Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom, combining our experience in software engineering, web technologies and business-focused digital solutions to support organisations at different stages of their growth.

Dinal Fernando
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Dinal Fernando founded ITSOFT SOLUTIONS in 2021 with a belief that good technology begins with understanding the problem it is supposed to solve.
Under his leadership, ITSOFT SOLUTIONS has developed from an early-stage technology business into a growing software company working across Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom.
His focus remains on building practical technology, developing long-term relationships with clients and ensuring that the solutions ITSOFT creates are driven by genuine business requirements rather than technology for technology’s sake.
“I started ITSOFT SOLUTIONS with a simple belief: technology should solve real problems, not create more complexity. Our goal is to understand how a business works, build what it genuinely needs, and create technology that can grow with it.”
